CHEF HIRO

Atsuhiro Kajita has over 15 years of experience & honed his skills in the art of making sushi from such renowned restaurants as Akikos (San Francisco), Morimotos (Hawaii), Nobu’s (Hawaii & Los Angeles) and Gonpachi (Ginza, Tokyo).  Chef Hiro express’s himself through his Omakase experience.
